Jiansheng Group was founded in January 2007, headquartered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. In March 2011, it established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Jiansheng Die Casting Technology Co., Ltd., in Dongkeng Town, Dongguan City. In 2014, a modern industrial park was built in Jiaoshe Village, Dongkeng Town. The company covers an area of 135 acres and has nearly 80000 square meters of modern factories and office buildings. The company is located in the economic corridor of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, with a complete road network and convenient transportation. It is 70 kilometers north of Guangzhou, 60 kilometers south of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, 15 kilometers away from Dongguan Railway Station, and 90 kilometers away from Hong Kong. It borders five towns of Liaobu, Dalang, Changping, Hengli, and Chashan in Dongguan City to the east, south, west, and north respectively. In 2016 and 2017, the group's sales exceeded 1 billion yuan for two consecutive years and won the Guangdong Province Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises award for three consecutive years.

In November 2018, the main project of Guangdong Jiansheng Precision Industry Co., Ltd. invested and built by the group in Songshan Lake, Dongguan was completed. The new factory covers an area of 180000 square meters and is equipped with internationally leading new equipment, processes, and technologies such as a 3500 ton large-scale die-casting machine. At present, the company is preparing to go public with broad development prospects.
